For German Distribution, the year 2020 kicked off with a highly successful appearance at the annual World Future Energy Summit, the leading global industry exhibition for future energy, cleantech, and sustainability. Organized by Reed exhibitions FZ LLC, the event brings together government and business leaders, 840 specialist exhibitors, and 33,500 visitors from 170 countries. We participated as an exhibitor and showcased some of our premium products.

EcoWASTE is a ground-breaking platform for the MENA region’s recycling, waste management, and waste-to-energy industries. It's dedicated to advancing new business opportunities and inspiring best practices for a more sustainable future.

Most of our suppliers were proudly present at our booth to represent their respective brands and answer visitors’ questions.

The show’s highlight was our Mr. Fill smart bin, which was represented by Mr. Fill himself. Mr. Fill smart bins are available in two sizes, 120L and 240L, and each has an electric press with sensor and high force. They run on solar energy, can contain 6 to 7 times more waste compared to an uncompacted bin, and there is an app for communication to manage and monitor system and remote-lock the bin.

Many optional features are available with the 240L model, such as advertising panels, a foot pedal, ash tray, and voice enabling. Mr. Fill bin was a huge attraction for IoT enthusiasts.

Our team presented new technology for sensor bins and discussed how sensors in bins will revolutionize the waste management industry in upcoming years in the Middle East Region.

The Split Lid bin by ESE GmbH was the talk of the show, as it showed our customers how beneficial its split lid can be.

Our Customizable Power Bear designer bins have always been crowd-pleasers. We offer a range of products to match customers’ exact requirements, from stickers to bin colors.

This opportunity gave us all a chance to connect with brilliant minds in the industry and see where waste management as an industry is heading.
