Outbound Sales Manager

Join POWER Bear and spearhead our Urban Furnishings department's growth. We offer an exciting opportunity to drive business development in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while enjoying a range of professional and personal benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development
    • Identify and secure new customer opportunities, exploring untapped markets and creating targeted sales strategies.
    • Leverage relationships with major developers and key clients to introduce the company and generate inquiries.
  2. Sales Execution
    • Build a strong sales pipeline and close deals effectively.
    • Attract customers from competitors by showcasing the value and quality of our products.
  3. Team and CRM Management
    • Plan, monitor, and manage the weekly activities of the sales team, ensuring KPIs are met.
    • Oversee accurate use of the CRM system for tracking and reporting sales activities.
  4. Performance Reporting
    • Collaborate with the Urban Furnishings Manager to create monthly and quarterly performance reports for leadership review.
  5. Client Support
    • Provide technical expertise and support during client meetings to propose the best product solutions.
    • Support the Saudi GD team with sales inquiries and assign them to the appropriate salesperson.
  6. Financial Oversight
    • Work with the finance department to monitor accounts receivables and manage cash flow in the Urban Furnishings department.

  • Strong networking skills and a solid client base with major developers or key industry players.
  • Expertise in using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines.
