Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development
- Identify and secure new customer opportunities, exploring untapped markets and creating targeted sales strategies.
- Leverage relationships with major developers and key clients to introduce the company and generate inquiries.
- Sales Execution
- Build a strong sales pipeline and close deals effectively.
- Attract customers from competitors by showcasing the value and quality of our products.
- Team and CRM Management
- Plan, monitor, and manage the weekly activities of the sales team, ensuring KPIs are met.
- Oversee accurate use of the CRM system for tracking and reporting sales activities.
- Performance Reporting
- Collaborate with the Urban Furnishings Manager to create monthly and quarterly performance reports for leadership review.
- Client Support
- Provide technical expertise and support during client meetings to propose the best product solutions.
- Support the Saudi GD team with sales inquiries and assign them to the appropriate salesperson.
- Financial Oversight
- Work with the finance department to monitor accounts receivables and manage cash flow in the Urban Furnishings department.
