The HSM 12 Gigant horizontal baling press is your go-to solution when the task involves pressing voluminous cardboard packaging, plastic film, and other materials. It's extremely large loading aperture makes it simple and convenient to load, resulting in compact bales that can be easily transported, making it one of the most efficient baling machines in the POWER Bear range. The press is equipped with 4 castors, allowing it to be easily moved to different parts of your facility as needed, saving you from unwanted hassle.
The HSM 12 Gigant includes a hydraulic counter plate for bale removal, ensuring optimum operating convenience and safety. It is mobile on castors and features a low overall height, and large loading aperture, making it suitable for bulky materials. The industrial waste compactor is capable of compacting cardboard as well as film against the counter plate with a horizontal moving press ram. The unit provides automatic information as soon as enough material for a bale has been compressed and the bale can be tied. It offers manual bale strapping with continuous polyester tape. The HSM 12 Gigant features a graphic-capable display for intuitive, multilingual operational guidance via graphic description, ensuring ease of use for operators.
