The HSM DuoShredder 5750 is a powerhouse in document disposal, featuring a two-stage, fully automatic shredding system suitable for shredding paper, staples and paper clips, credit card, folders, etc. Capable of giving up to 800 kg throughput per hour, this heavy-duty shredder tackles even the toughest materials with ease. When paired with an HSM baling press, it becomes a complete disposal system, offering a security level 3 in accordance with DIN 66399 or equivalent for high-volume, industrial and professional data shredding needs.
The HSM DuoShredder 5750 operates with a two-stage shredding system: Stage 1 utilizes a four-shaft mechanism for pre-shredding, while Stage 2 employs a two-shaft system for fine shredding. The robust loading hopper includes built-in overloading protection to manage the shredder and conveyor belt efficiently. This recycling machinery system is fully automated, ensuring ease of operation. The dual-shredding system reliably shreds whole lever arch files and telephone books and allows conveyor belt feeding or discharge chute feeding. For energy efficiency, the industrial shredder features a frequency-regulated drive. An optional material collection trolley with a volume of approximately 320 liters is available for solo operation. The modern PLC control unit integrates the control of all system components, providing a streamlined and efficient shredding process. The HSM DuoShredder 5750 is available with two particle cut dimension options; 6 mm x 40-53 mm and 4.6 mm x 34 mm, so you can choose which of the POWER Bear shredders suits your needs.
